When a customer pays via your Till, Paybill, or checkout STK Push, Safaricom Daraja sends an instant webhook notification. JengaStack matches the transaction reference to the open order, marks the invoice as Paid, and updates inventory automatically.
Can I upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time? +
Yes. All plans are billed month-to-month in Kenyan Shillings (KES) with no lock-in contracts. You can upgrade tills, add payroll, or export your full PostgreSQL database and file store at any time from your management portal.
What happens if our store loses internet connectivity? +
